problem with 3D

Good afternoon, there is a problem with 3D - when I select the 3D Effects window, then I select a 3D view, for example, Inflate, for some reason the parameters at the bottom, such as Depth, Twist, and the like, are inactive. I cannot use these parameters, only Inflate works for me, it makes the image convex, but I cannot adjust the parameters further.
