Problem with Adobe Illustrator 2022 not loading properly

Hello everyone,

I was hoping you could help me with a problem I've stumbeled upon...

I haven't been using Adobe Illustrator for a long time and since last week, I had a problem loading the program. Every time I'd try to open the program, a window would pop up saying that the program couldn't be loaded properly due to an issue with another program I have on my PC. I could still open the program in the safe mode though. I tried solving the issue by following the steps that official Adobe site has posted but it didn't work out. I tried updating the program, updating plug ins, resetting the program...

At last I've come here to ask for your help since I have no idea how to fix this.

Hello @pythonissam981.56,

Thanks for getting back. Kindly try the suggestions shared by the plugin manufacturer and check if it helps: https://support.summa.eu/support/solutions/articles/43000668596-summa-plugin-for-illustrator-no-longer-works-with-update-to-illustrator-26-3.

Looking forward to your response.

Regards.

Hello @pythonissam981.56,

Sorry to hear about this experience. Are you getting error messages related to "Missing msvcp110.dll file"? If yes, kindly try reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, restart the computer, and then try using Illustrator to check if it works.

If the issue persists, kindly share some screenshots of the error message so we can investigate this further.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hello, thank you for your response but that is not an issue. I tried openning Illustrator again and realised that the problem is in the "SuGoSignAiCC2018Plugin.aip" and "SummaCC2018.aip.". It appears the problem is in the plugins version, if I'm correct. What do you suggest to do?Best regards

Thank goodness I am not experiencing this with Illustrator.  Photoshop on the other hand has been crashing on me.
