Problem with export to SVG - the black objects export as transparent

Hi,
I have a problem with my multi-artboards AI file. When I export it to SVGs files (File - Export - Export As.. - SVG - use artboards) the black paths (RGB 0,0,0) exports as transparent paths. I mean that the black color was lost and replaced with transparent in output SVG files. At the same time while testing the problem I've exported the file with a couple black elements only, and the export was successful.

Previosly I've exported many other files in the same way and everything was Ok, the problem appeared since 11th of July 2023 only. I've installed the latest updates for Creative Cloud and Illustrator, re-installed Illustrator - the issue is still here.

Without having the original AI file it will be impossible to help you.

Please see the attached AI file (there is 1 artboard only in this AI, but there is the same issue), output SVG file and settings screenshot. I've use the same settings many times before and everything was Ok.

Now I'm trying to export my old AI files (which were successfully exported to SVG before) as a test, but they can't be exported correctly this time.
