problem with pen and pencil and interface flick

Hi, i bought a Benq monitor ad i use a wacom tablem. I have some problem with illustrator, the jerky movement of the pointer when i draw something.

Furthermore, the screen often flickers.

How can i fix it?

Does that also happen when you disconnect the tablet? Uninstall the driver?
