Problem with saving lagacy files on illustrator

i used this format to saving my ai files which was created by illustrator 2019

now i am using illustrator 2022, but when i tried to save the files then my illustrator shows not responding and crashed.

yes if i tried to save as eps then it works properly,

i have tried to save in my local drive
