problema con abrir archivos

Question

holaa, la profesora nos paso las matrices lista para trabajar en illustrator, pero no me abren dice que no son compatibles o que son solo de lectura, ademas no me permite hacer nuevos archivos, si alguien me puediera ayudar lo agradeceria mucho.

Thanks for reaching out. As Monika said, it is possible the file you are trying to open is on the network; that is why you are getting this error. Downloading the file locally to your desktop would help with the read-only error. However, it is also possible that the user account doesn't have admin privileges or Illustrator don't have the proper permission.

I would suggest you check with the IT-Admin of your University/ School.

Are you trying to open the files directly from a network drive? If so, try and download them to your computer first.

If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error and tell us exactly what you are doing. And what file type it is that you are opening. Also: which version, which system?
