Problema con strumento penna

Quando vado a disegnare e punto la penna ilpunto sul foglio risulta spostato rispetto a dove ho cliccato. in più non mi fa avvicinare le forme fino a toccarsi o combaciare.

    It was in Preferences > Selection and Anchor display > Highlight anchors or so (I have it in my language) to be turned off

    Check if snap to grid or snap to pixel is turned on in the View menu

    It happens to me too and no snap is turned on.
