PROBLEMA ERROR E/S AL ABRIR ILUSTRATOR

Siempre al abrir ilustrator me tirar el error de la imagen...

 

Probe con lo que dijeron en uno de los post del 2022 de archivo-> secuencia de comando -> otra secuencia de comando y buscar el archivo correspondiente y no me funciona. Hay alguna manera de solucionarlo?

    I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind moving the "Startup Scripts CC" folders from both the following locations to the desktop and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe

    Funciono!, elimine directamente la carpeta Atartup Scripts CC y no me tira más el error.
