Problemas con escalar imágenes en AI

Se me ha actualizado el AI, pero so se que pasa que no me deja escalar las imágenes o plantillas que descargo con la herramienta de selección

Sorry to hear about that. Would you mind checking a couple of things:

Ensure layers are not locked.
Ensure you have selected the selection tool and not the direct selection tool.
Does pressing shift + cmd + b/ shift +ctrl +b enables the scaling with selection? If yes, then that means the bounding box was hidden. That's why you were unable to scale the images.

If you are still unable to scale the images, would it be possible for you to share the file or screenshots of the layers panel?
