Problemas con Ilustrator

Hola. 

Desde hace 2 meses tengo un problema con Ilustrator, este es que cada que quiero guardar el archivo me marca error. Lo intento guardar por segunda vez y me lo permie pero al guardarlo me crea dos archivos externos de PDF con puras letras y numeros. Por que razon sucede esto y como puedo quitarlo?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing version of OS and Illustrator? Also, do you save files on a network or on local drive?
I'd recommend resetting preferences once. Please follow instructions on help article https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html#setting_illustrator_preferences and see how it goes.

 

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
