Problemas con Ilustrator

El Ilustrator no me está funcionando bien. Se tilda, no responde y se cierra constantemente. Esto hace que mi trabajo no se guarde correctamente y se pierda. Necesito saber si soy yo sola o el programa está teniendo algun problema. Siempre funcionó bien...! Ayuda!

Without any system information we can't really tell you much beyond standard answers liek checking and updating your graphics driver and all that. You realyl need to be more specific.

Yo tengo un iPad de 9na generación con iPadOS 18.2 (22C152) se tilda ilustrator y se cierra abruptamente

I'm sorry to hear you're having the same problem with Illustrator. Would you mind updating the OS and the Illustrator app to the latest version and checking if it helps?

Also, kindly check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/4adVE0O). If yes, try deleting Illustrator, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps.

 

If the issue persists, kindly share the crash report so that we can investigate this further:

  • Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “Illustrator-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log, and 083327 is the time). Look at the timestamp to ensure you share the recent log file after the crash.
  • Upload the file to a file-sharing service and share a link to the file here or via DM.
