Problemas cuando trabajo con filtros en Ilustrator CC 24.1.2

Buenas tardes con todos, recurro a este medio para pedir me ayuden con un problema que estoy teniendo en Ilustaror, cada vez que empiezo a usar un filtro el programa se cuelga por un momento, y luego se restablece, no entiendo a qué se debe. por favor ayúdeme con este problema.

Could you provide some additional details--like which OS are you using, does your machine meet the Illustrator minimum system requirements, and which filter (or filters) causes Illustrator to hang?
