problemas de salvar arquivos no illustrator

Não consigo salvar nenhum arquivo no illustrator,  ao clicar no menu para salvar fica uma tela preta, já desinstalei a versão atual e voltei para uma antiga e assim continua o mesmo erro.

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue. I hope expert's suggestion helped resolve the issue for you. If not, there's one more thing you can try that has worked in similar situations. Please try renaming the CEP and UXP folders. To do that, rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from this location:

Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe

If the issue still persists, rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following locations:

Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe and ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Once done, relaunch Illustrator and let me know if it makes any difference.

com o illustrator fechado, experimente ir na pasta: C:\Users\SEU USUÁRIO\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
E excluir as pastas "Adobe Illustrator 29 Settings".
Depois abra novamente seu illustrator e veja se voltou a funcionar.
Muitas vezes, mesmo desinstalando e reinstalando, as pastas de configurações não são apagadas, e fazendo esse procedimento que citei ali, ele irá refazer as configurações e provavelmente, seu illustrator volte ao normal.
