Hi @PALAZZOLO5C65 @Maeliss27911410pyjj,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I am afraid the macOS High Sierra is no longer a compatible OS version. I would suggest downloading the older Illustrator version. You can try the suggestion on this community post to download the older version (https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/how-to-download-old-versions-illustrator-2021/td-p/11825925).

Vous pouvez téleharger les versions precedentes et vérifier ainsi que votre systeme est compatible en allant sur l'app CC (en anglais mais l'interface est la meme en Francais)

Bonjour,

 

J'ai le même problème sur Windows. Suite à la mise à jour Windows les logiciels indiquent VERSION INCOMPATIBLE

 
Que faire ?

Pour windows, voyez si votre systeme est compatible

The latest version of Illustrator (or Adobe CC) only works with MAC OS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey) and 11 (Big Sur). If you have High Sierra, you can not download the current version of Illustrator, it is incompatible.
