Problème nuancier

Bonjour,

Depuis les mises à jour 2026 je n'ai jamais eu autant de bug sur adobe... illustrator bloque et ne veut plus changer une simple courbe, j'ai des problèmes sur le nuancier qui ne veut pas supprimer certaine nuance, lorsque l'on double clique dessus il n'y a pas la fenêtre qui apparait et tout d'un coup oui. Et quand on importe un logo de illustator vers indesign avec des tons directs, ceux-ci ne s'importe plus dans le nuancier indesign. C'est une cata... vivement qu'ils refassent une mise à jour...

Avez vous eu les mêmes problèmes, et avez-vous trouvé une solution?
(j'ai du coup copier coller deux carrés avec les tons direct dans indesign mais bon c'est pas pratique)

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

Regarding the versions, I am using Illustrator v30.1 and InDesign v21.1.

Here is a short screen recording showing the issue: when I double-click on a color swatch, nothing happens. After several attempts, the window eventually appears, but the behavior is very inconsistent.

Thanks again for sharing the video. From what I can see, this is happening in the Illustrator window, and the swatches don't seem to respond or get removed consistently when you try that. Please correct me if I've misunderstood your workflow.

To rule out preference corruption, could you try manually resetting Illustrator preferences using the steps here:

It would also help to sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app, sign back in, and then relaunch Illustrator to see if that improves the behavior.
