Problems with Illustrator

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask a question: I'm working with Illustrator, and whatever object I select when creating a mockup, a message pops up that says: "Screenshot cannot be located." It's not a screenshot, but a placed image. I've also worked with screenshots and never had any problems. If you know what you're doing, could you explain it to me? Thanks for your time.
