problems with my artboards

Hi, guys!

I was just working on my laptop when I accidentally hit a command I didn't know and now my artboard looks weird, any suggestions on how to take it back to where it was before?

Can you check the Artboards panel? It looks like you used a video preset which includes a large artboard.

Hello there, Ton! Thank you very much for your comment.

The thing is, whenever I'm on the artboard option all my artboards look perfectly normal and exactly the size I need them to be, the problem is whenever I switch to whatever other option like selection, gradient, etc.

I figured the artboard thing was only happening on that specific document, so I just deleted that one and continued working on a new one - so I couldn't solve it, but managed a way around it.
