Program closes when opening documents or creating new ones!

HELP PLEASE! Ilustrator starts but it doesn´t allow me to open any document nor create a new one, it closes and doesn´t give me any error code. It´s been a week now and a can´t find a way to solve it. i have tried 27.5 version and many others like 26.5, 26 and the problem continues.

 

I´ve tried reseting preferences, upgrading and downgrading versions, reinstalling and this keeps happening.

 

Photoshop, after effects and all other programs work perfectly fine.

 

Drivers, graphics and controllers don´t seem to solve nothing either.

    This can be an issue with a missing printer. Do you have one? Set up as default printer and turned on?

    If you don't have one, try and set up a PDF printer. If you have had a Windows update, then please check the printer and then check again.

     

    Illustrator saves information about the printer in the document. If it can't find the printer, then it is irritated.

      Update! 10 days have past and the problem still continuous, 2 support agents from adobe have already connected to my computer and could not fix the problem. I do not have any type of printer and any other solution from the support team has not got any improvement. They think its maybe an error from windows 11 but clearly i can not downgrade my computer just to test this out. 

      It´s really frustrating because this is my form of work and there is nothing i can do, just keep paying for a program that does not work 😕😕

      You don't have a printer?

      Can you set up a PDF printer in your system? Typically after a Windows update this needs to be re-set.
