what to do? after update it is not displayed

I use illustrator, the "Properties" tab stopped working after the update, and \ is empty.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

The product team has requested additional information. Would you mind sharing a link to the logs after uploading them to file-sharing service from the following folder location:

For macOS: /Users/YOUR USERNAME/Library/Logs/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator
For Windows: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Logs\Adobe Illustrator
