Im a teacher, we are doing online learning and have to teach angles.

I have seen movable protractor clip art on teacherspayteachers but I want to make my own so it's free.

 

Can someone please help me and show me how to make a protractor clipart please?!

Draw one vertical line, then apply Effect >> Distort & Transform >> transform

    Thank you this is a uselful solution. I used 72 copies to create 360 degrees. Needed guidelines for artwork I am creating.

      There are plenty of free vector assets out there. Modifying an existing asset may prove far easier than creating one from scratch if you are a beginner. Vecteezy has some great stuff. Be sure to have the "Free License" option ticked in the options running down the left of the page. Also be sure to read the license so you don't get caught out. Giving an attribution is often all that is required.
