Putting Photoshop assets into Illustrator print file for business card ?

Hello all, I'm looking for some help setting up my business card for print. I scanned, colored and put text over a hand inked drawing in Photoshop. As you'll see, the shape is like a standard rectangle shape, but there is a shape jutting out the top, so I need to make the safety line, trim line and bleed line. The dimensions are on the attached images. I need to set up a print ready file in Illustrator for the printer. What I'm trying to avoid is tracing the image or redrawing it in Illustrator. Can you give recommendations for how to setup in Illustrator with what I need? Can I just place the drawing with the text straight into Illustrator? Do I need to outline the text before doing that? Should I import text and drawing separately from Ps into Ai. Because it's two colors I might use spot / Pantone colors, also, or just the standard CMYK, what do you think?

Yes place images into Illustrator using file >> place (or just drag & drop from your desktop to canvas). I recommend the .psd format. If you are using spot colors, then you will need to use read up on using spot channels in photoshop. If you never did spot channels before, that artwork is really simple to trace and ex[and, and you may have an easier time in Illustrator filling the shapes with your spot colors.

Thank you, I placed it in, looks good. I'll try to stick with the CMYK for now. How can I create guidelines for the bleed, trim and safety which go around this hand drawn shape (I think for a die cut?). And then when I need to extend the black outline around the hand to the edge of the bleed do you suggest I do something like offset path?
