PX visible in CTRL+D ?

In this demo "until it reaches 100 px" is told. I wish to know whether you see px when Ctrl+D is active?

You can see it in the Transform panel or in the Info panel if you make sure that your lines start at x:0 px / y:0 px

Apart from that, you may consider to create your grids with the Rectangular Grid tool.

No you can't. You have to count the object or the times you are pressing ctrl+D
