Question about lines on screen

so I am really new to illustrator. And I’ve been getting these white lines on my project. what should I do to fix this? I can’t edit my work properly because I can’t see it. I tried looking up fixes for this but I cant find it. What I’m trying to do is get a beush outline of a cupcake so is that whats giving me the problem? Thanks in advance

    this was the before

    this was the after. So it fixed the bottom of the cupcakes but the pink part is where I used the brush tool. is that the problem?

    About my program and stuff I have a new MacBook Pro not sure if you need the spec and I'm using Adobe illustrator cc thanks

    Christopher,

    You are creating open paths with both stroke and fill, and also some without. The fill of a stroke/fill path will be like the fill of a closed path that has a straight segment between the end Anchor Points, hence the straight nostroke sides; if you wish to use such paths and avoid the gaps in the pink area, you will have to add some more of them in the right places.
