Random distortions like this, goes away if i restart.

I am only having this issue in illustrator, every other app works great.  We use paid for versions and updated of illustrator and windows.  Is there a way to create a log I can email to Adobe to figure out the issue?  These distortions keep randomly occurring and we have to restart to continue working. Happens once a day.  Tried older gpu drivers and beta ones, same issue.  Tried different screens, still occurs.

Please help
