Random transparent spots in illustration.

I'm new to Illustrator and I am trying to create a logo for a project, but certain areas in my work seem to be transparent and others don't. How do you fill in or get rid of transparent areas? I've been trying to see if I can use the fill tool or deselect the transparency option, which is not working, and I have searched all over for tutorials, but I am having trouble finding any for this specific topic.

Not knowing how you creating this or what we are looking at, not much chance for anyone to answer this.

Please state your OS, Illustrator version and screenshots as needed,  when posting.

Try Shift Command D, to see which areas are transparent.
