Re: How to turn off CEP HTML Engine permanently?!

Hi all!

I'm a private company IT Admin and today 2 users with different workstations, OS, graphics card but the same version of Adobe app call me about yhis problem.

Illustrator and InDesign once executed put OS unusable till black screen.

Problem started today with Windows (10 on first wks and 11 on second) updated to december 2023 cumulative update. Maybe theese updates impacted HTML engine used by CEP.

 

Fix worked perfectly, but we wait for Adobe update.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
