• OS (Exact version of MAC)
• Exact version of Illustrator
• Is it happening while working on a specific file?
• Where the files are saved(Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?

If not, please create a new thread and post your system details and exactly what you are doing? Is it just the shortcut or also the menu? What happens - a crash? Just nothing? A warning?
