Illustrator is still crashing on M2 Max …

@kglad  Simply resetting preferences is NOT a solution. Illustrator is crashing on average about 15-20 times a day with my new M2 Max (96 GB Ram and 38-core GPU). I've reset the preferences countless times, and I've performed multiple clean installs as per Adobe's suggestion, and nothing has fixed the issue. I've even called and spoken to an Adobe Tech Support specialist, who remotely accessed my Mac and wasn't able to fix the issue (But, of course, marked my case as 'Solved').  For me, there is clearly still a compatibility issue with Adobe software and the new M2 Mac.

    Hello @artbeat63@JordanBeach,

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend installing the latest drivers (https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers#:~:text=Just%20looking%20for%20drivers%3F%20Here%20is%20our%20latest%3A) to see if it resolves the issue.

If not, please follow the steps in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html) and let us know your observations. Also, kindly share the crash report using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html) and use the same email account as your community account for quick tracking. We appreciate your time and efforts in resolving this issue.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks,
    Anubhav

    bonjour !
