Re-Type Illustrator 2024

Question

Hi!Just wondering if anyone can help, when I "Double-click to apply selected font to make text live," it makes a duplicate and keeps saying error. I have attached a screenshot below.Much appreciated! Thank you very much.

Thanks for sharing the video. That does look unusual. To troubleshoot this, I suggest resetting Illustrator preferences. Before you do that, please save your existing settings by going to the Edit menu (Edit > My Settings > Export).
