Re: Unable to export quality png after 2018 update

I'm also having this problem - it started maybe a month ago. Creative Cloud says my version of Illustrator is up-to-date, but I still can't export a .png at 300 ppi. I select 300 ppi, but it saves at 72 nonetheless.

    I uninstalled, then re-installed Illustrator and that solved the problem.
    It was not happening on just one file - it was happening on all files. OS: WIN 10 Enterprise, v. 1709, OS Build 16299.492

    • Operating System(Exact version of Windows/ MAC)
    • Is it happening on all the files or some particular file? If it is just a single file, would you mind sharing the file, if there is not confidential data on it?
