Receiving Generative Recolor Not Available - Illustrator Beta V28.1

Hi, 

Recently uploaded Illustrator Beta. Trying out the Recolor option but get a message in Illustrator that the Generative Recolor option is currently not available. I have the newest version 28.1. Any ideas why? Thank you.

Did you try to update to the regular 27.9 which has the feature?

Yes, I have updated 27.9 and the Beta version. It isn't able to be selected as an option in either.
