Recolor Artwork using CC Libraries

I'm trying to recolor a graphic in Illustrator using "Recolor Artwork" and a shared CC Library (we design for multiple brands and have corresponding libraries), but can't seem to figure out a way to do it.

I know that I can manually copy over the Library swatches to my "Swatches" panel, but hoping there's a way to recolor using shared CC swatch collections. It seems like a CC Color Library should operate similarly and show up with all the other Color Libraries (alongside the ever-popular Art History / Prehistoric library...haha 🦴).

Am I missing something obvious, or is this actually not possible?

It's not possible. Put them in the swatches first.

Why isn't this possible...?
