Rectangular Grid Tool - Change size after creating grid

Is there a way to change the size of the rectangular grid after creating it? I've already created my pixel art on a 64x64 rectangular grid, but I wanna make my grid bigger because 64x64 is too small. Is there a way to do this, or do I have to recreate my pixel art from scratch? Thanks!

You want to have more "pixels" or just bigger ones?

Basically, each square in my rectangular grid is a pixel on my pixel art. I want to be able to edit how many rows and columns my current rectangular grid already has even after I create it. I don't really wanna recreate the entire thing just to change how many squares my rectangular grid has.

Grids are not editable in that way.
