Reducing a large ai file

I have made a neon glow ring, lanterns and some glowing stars in Illustrator, have used gradients and blendings modes, and the file size is 85 MB which is not being accepted by Adobe Stock. On Adobe Stock there are so many files with similar neon glows, why is mine so heavy? How to reduce the size? I have checked other similar posts in this forum too ut those don't help.

Simplify paths: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/simplify_paths.html
Rasterize complex elements.
Disable the "Create PDF-compatible file" option in the save window.
