Reflect Tool not Working

Hello Community,

Updated to 29.6.1 today and found that the Reflect Tool is not working for me.

Is anyone else experiending this issue?

Hello @davecc,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to reset Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/40ug4Pz) and checking if it helps?

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders, the location of which is mentioned above.

Also, try running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

Hello Anubhav,

Thanks for replying. I restarted my Mac and it seems to work now. The only problem is that the Reflection is stacked directly on top and not to the side.
