refund

Hi! 

I had a subcription to use AI illustrator and minor problems with its payments otherwise illustration were great! 

Subcription was taking my money from my bank account on 1 month 3 or 4 times for the usual monthly rate. When I was about to end my subcription I got this pop-up  deal  for 3 months of subcription and when I pressed agree to it still was taking monthly charges from my subcription! . At very end when I was done with Illustratord monthly overcharging payments I end my subcription and even I end it. It still took my money from my account! Because of this I made between 40-50 min  call to your helpdesk and they advise me to block my bank card and make refund case through the banking system!

I did block my card but I have not got any refund ect still today and also my phone call was pretty expensive for nothing :(((((! 

I hope I get some kind of refund in money or at least 1 year free adobe illustrator because otherwise I feel kind of robbed. :(

it is so sad because illustrator was such a good template for my work.
