refund the charges deducted

Please note that last year, on November 20, 2023, I canceled my Adobe plan, but you are still charging the monthly charges from my bank account. I need someone to explain, please. Two days ago, I canceled the second Adobe Illustrator plan. Hence, please look into this matter and refund the charges deducted since the cancellation.

Have you contacted support? Did someone from Adobe tell you to ask for help with this on the forum?

Thank you for your reply.  I emailed them but have yet to get an answer. Did they have an email address, so I could write them directly?
