Renaming Custom Views in CC

Custom "Views" implementation seems half-baked. Here are two frustrating examples:

1. A saved View cannot be overwritten with the same name. That means if the user wants to change the zoom or layer visibility for a view it must be named something else and the old view deleted.
2. Only ONE View can be renamed when the "Edit Views" dialog is open. While multiple Views can be deleted, renaming ONLY takes effect by clicking "OK" which closes the dialog window.

I know this is a "User-to-User" forum and I'll add this to the list of "Feature Requests" but I'd like to know if anyone else finds these kind of UI flaws tiresome on AI.
