Renewed account, lost access to cloud files
Dear Adobe,
I have an adobe creative cloud account through my organization. My account plan recently expired and I re-registered using the same email address. Now, when try to open my old cloud documents, I can no longer access them. I get a dialogue box that says "Can't open file. The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info." However, I am the owner and these are my files. They still appear on my homescreen, I just cannot open them. Can anyone help me access these files?
