Hello @Samir Hossain,

Encountering technical issues can be quite frustrating, and we understand that. I hope the suggestions provided by Monika have helped you in resolving the problem. If not, you can try opening the file in Adobe Acrobat and resaving it as a PDF before attempting to open it in Illustrator. This might help. However, if the issue persists, please feel free to share the file with us at https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/share-your-files-in-6-simple-steps/td-p/12967531. We will do our best to assist you, although we cannot guarantee a successful recovery.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

"Suddenly" means? The computer crashed and now the file is gone?

Or did you work directly on a server? In that case: first copy to your harddisk and then open - does that work?

Does the file still open in Acrobat? If so, you could: try and create a new Illustrator file and then place the corrupt file in it. This won't give you a fully editable file, but at least you won't have to start from scratch.

For the future:

- don't save directly to network volumes or USB disks

- make backups. And then more backups. Save different versions of your file.

- get an additional harddisk for your backups

- turn off "Save in background" in the preferences
