I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND SOMETIMES IT CAN BE SEEN IN PRINT, BUT IF INSTEAD OF THE REPEAT/GRID TOOL I CREATE A PATTERN AND FILL A RECTANGLE WITH IT, THEN THE PROBLEM DISAPPEARS.

Hi @defaultnx2zr5xia018,

Thanks for sharing your experience. Do check that your pattern tile dimensions are set to whole pixels, since fractions can sometimes cause alignment issues. I'd suggest creating a new post in the Illustrator community with all the details so the experts and I can take a closer look.

Looking forward to your update.

When you zoom in, do they get bigger?

More than likely they won't print, it's just an artifact of representing your art on screen, but no harm getting a test print.

It depends on a low resolution printer or when exported as an image they may show.

Ckeck your work in points or pixels as unit.

Make sure that the width and height of your pattern tiles do not contain fractions.
