Hello! looking for a script to replace selected objects with random symbols (from Symbol Library). If someone knows how to make this script or knows link to ready script, please write. Thank you in advance!

Since there are more than one symbol in the symbol library, the selected one on the script screen will need to be replaced with the selected one in the symbol library, so you have to make a choice here.

The selected object should be symbolized first,
then two symbols to replace must be selected and the Replace Symbol elevation must be given.

Apart from Action JavaScript etc. I have no idea if a custom code can do this.

Salut,

Un autre exemple avec un script un peu plus élaboré.

variable redim = true; le symbole prend les dimensions de l'objet sélectionné.
