Replacing File/Image with another in Ilustrator automatically

Hello dear Community,

i want to automate a workflow and i hope you can help me 😉

I have a template for my printer which i use to print some stickers. So each time i have new designs or my customer wants its own design i have to manually replace the image in each circle. But is there a way to automate this workflow? Where i can with one click replace both images at the same time  or another solution which saves me much time?

Hope i could explain my problem 😉

Your template looks quite complicated with many clipping masks. Try to simplify it so that a linked image is clipped by a circular clipping mask. In the links panel you have the Placement option that allow you to set up how an image would behave when replaced. Save your template. After that just use the replace button to replace the image.
