Report a complaint?

Hey everyone, how do you report a complaint to adobe about something you would like to be fixed/changed in a future update? 

One of the things that really really annoys me with Illustrator is when you are using a tool such as pencil, and it auto-snaps lines together if you draw two lines in close proximity to each other one after the other. I have read several threads about this, and every single "work around" is ridiculously overcomplicated and time-wasting. I simply want Adobe to include a setting option to turn this off, because it makes some of the projects I am working on incredibly frustrating since I need to constantly be locking lays, or putting each individual line on a new layer or so on. I know that in some situations this is a nice feature to have, but for the work that I am doing it makes Illustrator almost unusable due to how much frustration and wasted time it causes.
