Resolution Decline of PDF Being Submitted to AdShuttle

I created a PDF in Adobe Illustrator with a ppi of 300. When I submit it to AdShuttle, they reject it because they say the ppi is below 250. I go back to the pdf in Illustrator and it is 300 ppi. Pls help!

PDF's and Illustrator files do not have a resolution, only images and raster effects have them.

Check if the images in your file (see Control or Links panel) have a sufficient resolution.

If not, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, details of your exact workflow, and a public link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc, so we can investigate this further.
