Roland CutStudio Plugin doesn't work

It's been posted earlier, but I cannot get the CutStudio plugin to work with AI 2025 (it won't connet/recognize the Roland GS-24). I updated to the latest version of AI (v29) and CutStudio (v3.4.5), but it still doesn't work. I read somewhere the newer version should have fixed this issue, but it didn't.

 

Interestingly enough, when I try it with my old iMac and AI 2023 (v27.7) with CutStudio 3.1.0.0, it works fine. So it's NOT the GS-24.

 

Any ideas?

Did you find a solution? I have the same problem. I installed an old version, and it still doesn't work.

I think they posted bad info on v29 as I saw this.

"The product is great but unfortunately it doesn't work in AI 2025, version 29.2.1.

I have downloaded version 28.27.4 and here it works."

 

I would try 28.27.4
