Hi, I'm wondering on how to make this effect. I want to make lines have similar rotation effect. Is there any option in AI to twist a specific area and become similar result (img below)? If not, what tool can help me to achieve it? Thank you!
This one uses blends. There are different methods.
You need: Object > Blend > Make
Effect > Distort&Transform> Transform
Object > Transform > Transform again
Window > Appearance
I have estimated the values: distance and rotation. You need to calculate them.
