When rotate view 25.3 avaiable?

Thanks for reaching out. Doug is absolutely correct. Rotate View option is available in the latest Illustrator release(v25.3), for macOS & Windows both. It is being rolled out in phases. If you've not received the update, you should be getting it in coming days. We appreciate your patience.

Hey Adobe, if you are going to add functionality to Illustrator like this rotate tool, or really any other "update", don't mandate that we all have to use it. Take the time to add an "off button" in the preferences.

    It has already been released in some territories. I don't know why specifically but the rollout seems to be taking longer than usual.

    Yes, it will be available on Windows.
