Roue chromatique

Hello, everyone.
In Illustrator, when I use the color wheel, I can no longer find Pantone equivalents for my CMYK (or RGB) colors. The software consistently converts the color to grayscale. This used to work perfectly. Now I have to use Photoshop to convert these colors to spot colors.
I should note that I’ve added .acb color swatch files to the designated folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2026\Presets\fr_FR\Color Swatches\Color Catalogs

This seems like a bug caused by a recent update.
Thank you for your help.
