Rounded corners : by changing opacity with a fixed RGB value?

I am developing a service that extracts rgba values ​​and automatically converts them to specific rgb.
The rgb values ​​are automatically changed to make them look smooth in the rounded corner, but because of this, the border is not extracted cleanly, so I have a question.
Is there a way to process it by changing the opacity while keeping the rgb fixed?
